Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

No. The subscription cost is R50 per month with no setup fees, hidden charges, or additional costs. What you see is what you pay.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails, we'll notify you via email and SMS. Your account will remain active for 7 days to allow you to update your payment method. After 7 days, your access to claim updates will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

Do I pay per claim or per account?

You pay R50 per month for your account, which allows you to track multiple claims. There's no additional charge for adding more claims to your account.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment is due upon registration. After that, you'll be billed monthly on the same date each month. You'll receive a payment reminder 3 days before each billing date.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact us at support@ssgroup.co.za and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked.

Is the price going to increase?

We're committed to keeping our pricing affordable. If we need to adjust pricing in the future, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and your rate will be protected for 3 months.

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

Currently, we only offer monthly subscriptions. However, we're exploring annual payment options with discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.
